I called a company that contracts out to DNA Locksmith. I have a push start car and both my fobs had stopped working even after a battery change. The dealership was not helpful. DNA came to my house within a few hours and 5 minutes later both fobs were working and the gentleman explained what the problem was and how to fix it on my own in future. I had a phone call with the locksmith and explained my situation, but there ended up being a misunderstanding about the work I needed (installing a lock and drilling a hole in my door). When he arrived, he was very professional and took the time to clarify everything. Once we realized the mix-up, he explained why he wasn’t able to complete the job as requested. I had an amazing experience with this locksmith service!!! I got locked out of my car  around 11:00 PM, and they showed up quickly and handled everything so professionally. Not only did they open my car without causing any damage, but they also made me a new key on the spot, which was incredibly convenient. The price was more than fair, especially considering the time and the quality of service. They were calm, efficient, and really reassuring in a stressful situation!! Had a great experience with this locksmith! I needed my home locks replaced and rekeyed so that all the locks in the house would work with the same key, and I also needed an additional key made for my car. The locksmith arrived quickly and came fully prepared with all the necessary tools and materials. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and everything was explained clearly. After receiving some really high quotes from other companies, I was pleasantly surprised that the price here was very fair and reasonable.
