I called a company that contracts out to DNA Locksmith. I have a push start car and both my fobs had stopped working even after a battery change. The dealership was not helpful. DNA came to my house within a few hours and 5 minutes later both fobs were working and the gentleman explained what the problem was and how to fix it on my own in future. I had a phone call with the locksmith and explained my situation, but there ended up being a misunderstanding about the work I needed (installing a lock and drilling a hole in my door). When he arrived, he was very professional and took the time to clarify everything. Once we realized the mix-up, he explained why he wasn’t able to complete the job as requested. Had a great experience with this locksmith! I needed my home locks replaced and rekeyed so that all the locks in the house would work with the same key, and I also needed an additional key made for my car.
